Cocktail Party & Exhibit Hall Grand Opening
The grand opening of the Exhibit Hall and the Cocktail Party networking event will be held on Tuesday, November 15th, from 5 pm - 7 pm. You can learn more about the cocktail party and RSVP here.
Enroll by Check
If you wish to enroll by check, download the attendee enrollment form, choose your options, and mail with your check or money order to: Human Capital Solutions, LLC, attention Kathy Lenor, 4 West Prescott Alley, West Chester, PA 19380. Once payment is recieved, a special enrollment code will be sent to complete the online setup.
Hotels, Parking & Directions
You will access SocialMediaPlus event from the Broad Street entrance. Our event is taking place in the new expanded Convention Center.

Press Releases & Press Passes

Press passes will only be issued to members of the Working Media who are also members of editorial staffs. Press passes will not be issued to non-editorial staff, equity analysts or to PR firms. Please fill out our Press form for consideration: Press Pass Requests.
Volunteers
SocialMediaPlus has a limited amount of volunteer spots available. SMP volunteers get a free SMP shirt, access to the conference, and lunch for the day. We ask for volunteer assistance to help with client questions, navigate crowd flow, and assist where needed throughout the day. To be considered as a volunteer, please fill out a volunteer form.

* Attendee Substitutions are accepted until Wednesday, November 9th, until 12:00 noon EST. Please send an email to Matt@SocialMediaPlus.com to substitute your registration.
